VAT & Invoicing
All published fees are quoted net unless stated otherwise. Austrian VAT at the applicable rate is added to invoices issued to domestic and EU business clients as required by law.
Invoice disputes must be raised in writing within fourteen days of receipt to [email protected].
Intellectual Property
All drawings, planting schedules, photographs, and text on this website remain the property of Bairaan Org unless a written assignment states otherwise upon project completion.
Clients receive a licence to use delivered documentation for executing their own garden project. Reproduction for commercial resale or publication requires prior written consent.
Liability Limitation
Plant performance depends on installation quality, weather, and ongoing care. We cannot guarantee horticultural outcomes beyond accurate specification of species suited to stated site conditions.
Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted under Austrian law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
