Information We Collect
When you contact us we store your name, email address, telephone number, property address, and any garden photographs you voluntarily submit. Project correspondence and invoicing records are retained for contractual purposes.
Our website does not employ third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The only local storage entry we create records your cookie preference under the key bairaanorg_cookie_consent.
Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed to respond to enquiries, prepare styling proposals, deliver commissioned documentation, issue invoices, and meet Austrian legal record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal data to third parties nor use it for automated profiling or unrelated marketing campaigns.
